More about the author:
Phil Lane is a licensed clinical social worker in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and psychotherapist in private practice. He specializes in the treatment of anxiety, panic, adjustment disorders, and men's issues. He is the author of Understanding and Coping with Illness Anxiety. He also has two forthcoming books, the Narrative Therapy Workbook for Self Esteem and Overcoming Panic and Panic Attacks, both due to publish next year.
